    Julius David is the Founding Partner of Andersen in Namibia. With over 15 years in finance, taxation, and corporate strategy, he leads business development and M&A advisory, helping clients navigate cross-border structuring, capital raising, and complex transactions across Namibia, South Africa, and the SADC region.

    He is a registered tax practitioner (SAIT), registered business accountant with statutory accounting officer status across SADC (CIBA), and a licensed business rescue practitioner. Julius holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Namibia, a BCom Honours in Accounting, and is currently completing an LLM in International Law and Taxation at the University of San Francisco. He is a CFA candidate.

    Julius serves on the Namibia Training Authority Industrial Skills Committee for Finance and Business and contributes to curriculum development for the National Council for Higher Education.

    Thaddeus Shigwedha is a partner at Andersen in Namibia with over 15 years of professional experience supporting institutional reform, operational improvement, and programme implementation for public entities, utilities, and development partners across Southern Africa. His work has included assignments linked to multilateral and bilateral development programmes, where he has contributed to large, multi-stakeholder initiatives within regulated and resource-constrained environments. At Andersen in Namibia, Thaddeus leads advisory engagements focused on business process improvement, operational restructuring, governance strengthening, and performance management. His work supports clients in improving service delivery, strengthening control environments, and enhancing organisational efficiency through structured diagnostics, process mapping, and implementation support. He has contributed to projects involving programme monitoring frameworks, due diligence support, and portfolio oversight, working alongside client teams and development partners. Thaddeus is professionally certified in project and change management. His advisory approach integrates structured project management, process optimisation, and change management methodologies, with a strong emphasis on institutional capability building, sustainability, and practical implementation.

    Bernadedt Kandenge is the managing partner for accounting and taxation, with over ten years of professional experience spanning tax reviews, taxation, financial management, and governance support. She has a strong technical foundation in financial reporting, statutory compliance, and regulatory interpretation. In her current role, Bernadedt oversees key financial and governance functions, including budgeting, VAT review, internal controls, HR administration, and financial oversight. She supports management through structured financial input, strengthens operational processes, and ensures alignment with statutory, governance, and accountability requirements across assignments. Her professional background includes experience at PwC Namibia and PKF Chartered Accountants, where she worked within internationally aligned review and risk frameworks. She has supported complex review engagements, contributed to strengthening control environments, and engaged with management on financial and compliance matters, equipping her to support assignments requiring strong financial discipline and governance oversight.
