Business Setup and Virtual Office for an International Advisory Firm

The engagement letter required the firm to operate through a Namibian-registered entity.

    Headline Outcome

Company registered and ministry procurement requirement satisfied within the required timeframe. Virtual office operational. The firm commenced its engagement on schedule. We manage all ongoing statutory filings for the Namibian entity and the firm's team operates in-country without any administrative overhead.

    The Client

A Kenyan management advisory firm that had been awarded a two-year contract by a Namibian government ministry and needed a registered Namibian presence before it could commence the engagement.

    The Challenge

The engagement letter required the firm to operate through a Namibian-registered entity. The firm had no plans to establish a permanent physical office in Namibia and did not need local employees for the duration of the contract. It needed a registered company, a professional Windhoek address for correspondence and contract purposes, and a basic compliance structure that would satisfy the ministry's procurement requirements.

    Our Approach

We registered a Namibian Private Company for the firm, handling the full BIPA process, NamRA tax registration, and SSC registration. We provided our Windhoek office address as the company's registered address and set up a virtual office arrangement covering mail handling and phone answering. We also prepared the company's annual compliance calendar, covering BIPA annual returns, provisional tax, and VAT filing obligations for the duration of the contract.

    The Outcome

Company registered and ministry procurement requirement satisfied within the required timeframe. Virtual office operational. The firm commenced its engagement on schedule. We manage all ongoing statutory filings for the Namibian entity and the firm's team operates in-country without any administrative overhead.
